Postage & Delivery

Delivery is via Australia post and items are sent in compostable satchels. You may either select standard (delivery within 5 - 8 business days*) or express postage (next day delivery*) at the checkout. 

Express Post

While every effort is made to get your item to you within the promised Australia Post Express time-frame, The Sound of White can make no guarantees on your delivery time.

Please Note: No deliveries will be shipped on Saturday or Sundays.

International Shipping

Default Shipping Overseas (USA) is via Untracked Air Mail UNDER 2kg's.

Over 2kgs is sent via Sea Mail. Sea Mail can take between 2-3 months. This is to keep the cost low for you.

For faster overseas shipping options, please contact us to arrange additional charges.

In Store Pickup

We offer an in store pickup for online orders. Choose In Store Pickup at checkout and your order will be kept in store until you are able to collect it. You will be notified via email and SMS when your order is ready.
