Returns

A full refund will only be given within 20 days of purchase (for online purchases) only on full priced items. Items refunded must be in the same condition to which they were sent and all tags must remain on the products.

*Orders paid with Afterpay will incur a $5 processing fee passed on by the merchant. 

Postage is non-refundable. Return postage will be at the customer's expense and the customer must fill out a returns form from each purchase.

Returns forms are sent with your original The Sound of White purchase.

If you return a SALE item, SWIMWEAR or EARRINGS they will shipped back to you and no refund will be given.
